I've always been rather prone to spontaneously attempting to eradicate the existence of something (sometimes myself)--it's like when I throw myself into dismembering an interesting gadget with the knowledge that I can't or don't know how to put it back together again. Um, I was late, but that's only because I was unexpectedly... detained for more than a week.
